The Apex of Sports Season — and Why It’s My Favorite Time of Year! ⚾🏀🏐🏈 Oh... and Christmas starts on Friday, Happy HalloweeN!!!! 🎃

We are officially in the apex of sports season right now — MLB playoffs, NBA tip-off, college volleyball in full swing, NFL Sundays, and NCAA basketball just getting started. For sports lovers, this is the sweet spot of the year!

It’s always been one of my favorite times… minus the late nights watching those marathon baseball games that seem to stretch on forever (but honestly, I wouldn’t trade it for anything!).

It’s no secret — I absolutely love sports. I’ve loved them since I was a little girl. Some of my favorite memories come from those simple, everyday moments with my dad: our friendly Celtics vs. Lakers debates, shooting hoops in the front yard, me pitching to him while he sat on a bucket, or watching him eat his egg salad sandwich and read the newspaper between my club volleyball matches. Those memories are priceless.

And now, as a photographer, I get to relive that energy and emotion through my lens. Whether it’s capturing the fierce competition at UBT Sports Complex, the team spirit at The Volleyball Academy, or the excitement at the new Premier Volleyball location, I love being part of those moments.

Sports teach us passion, teamwork, and resilience — and photographing athletes in their element is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
